Format options
Mote Science Talks are 40-60 minute lecture-style presentations with time for audience questions.
- In-person, $350. At your venue, we come to you. Mote is an independent, nonprofit marine research institution. The honorarium for Mote Science Talks supports our mission to protect our ocean and the lives and livelihoods that depend on it. Note, this is for adult and college audiences in Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, Lee, Hardee, DeSoto, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties.
- Virtual, $180.Experience the wonders of the ocean from anywhere with Mote Science Talks via Zoom videoconference. Our live, interactive programs connect your school or organization virtually with our world-class marine research institution in Florida. You choose the date and time, and we deliver the STEM engagement.
